C PRO Watersport have rights to postpone or cancel the tour due to weather conditions.
Cancellations made 3 days or more in advanced of the event date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less will incur 30% fee.

C PRO Watersport will not be responsible for any injuries, lost of personal properties or death during the ride.
Clients will be fully responsible for any damage caused or overturn jetski.
